Dreams, Ambitions and Hopes
My dream is to grow up and have a job with landyachtz and over time start traveling around the world with them and peruse my longboarding career and never stop. I want a little house in the same neighborhood that i'm in now and I want to do what I love everyday when I wake up. I'll wake up, eat my breakfast, grab my longboard and go to work and never stop enjoying my self. If your don't enjoy what you do then you wont be a happy person.

Your hopes are very similar to george and Lennies because you just want a simple life where you can do what you love. Your dreams hopes and ambitions are different from George and Lennies because you want to live where there is lots of people and things to do where as they would rather live on a farm with just themselves. I think that you have an equal chance at achieving your dreams because both take a lot of time and effort, back in george and Lennies time $600 was a lot of money, and landyachtz doesn't sponsor or give a job to just anyone. This comparison reveals to me that where you grow up in and what experiences you have really impact the outcome of your life.
ReplyDeleteIn some ways your hopes and dreams are similar to Lennie's and Georges because you want a simple life too. Lennie and George just want to be able to do something they love. Like you, they are not asking for overwhelming wealth or abundance just to be happy.In some ways your dreams and George and Lennies dreams are different because George and Lennie have to work hard for money to achieve their goal. You are working hard, but in a different way. Your working hard for a talent and a passion, not for money like George and Lennie are. I honestly believe that you have the best chance achieving your goal because you already longboard and also you have the money to buy a longboard. It is a lot easier for you then for George and Lennie because they have to work to earn the money they need to start setting up their goal. This comparison shows me that depending how privileged you are can really affect how easily it is to achieve your ambitions and goals.
